New Venice headquarters needed for growth of Caldwell Trust Company

Posted by Kelly Caldwell

"Whenever you see a successful business, someone once made a courageous decision," wrote noted management consultant Peter Drucker. That person was Roland G. Caldwell who made his courageous decision more than 20 years ago. Today his actions and those of his carefully hand-picked team have resulted in a company whose growth requires more space. Caldwell cares about its community...and the community responds

Posted by Sheryl Vieira

The spirit of giving has been a key element in Caldwell Trust Company's corporate culture since its founding twenty years ago. When she joined Caldwell Trust Company's family as receptionist/administrative assistant in July 2012, she became the first friendly voice that callers heard. She was a perfect fit for the job, with more than a decade of experience in administration and operations. Caldwell soon recognized that her operations background also made her a perfect fit in our operations department and offered her a position there, which she accepted. She reports to Ashley Harrison, assistant vice president, operations, and began her training with Ashley on November 18, 2013.
