As the Company Grows; so does our Operations Department

Caldwell Trust Company clients may recognize the voice of Linda Bair even though they have never met her. When she joined Caldwell Trust Company's family as receptionist/administrative assistant in July 2012, she became the first friendly voice that callers heard. She was a perfect fit for the job, with more than a decade of experience in administration and operations. Caldwell soon recognized that her operations background also made her a perfect fit in our operations department and offered her a position there, which she accepted. She reports to Ashley Harrison, assistant vice president, operations, and began her training with Ashley on November 18, 2013.It was a natural progression: Besides her personal attention to clients, Linda had also been providing administrative support to our operations, accounting and trust departments. Now she’s learning about Caldwell’s systems and functions from the back end. Linda will help the operations department maintain client assets, securities and cash, as well as handling other back- office work.
 
Before joining Caldwell, Linda had worked in administration for a Sarasota communications company and in operations for a service company. She applied for a position with Caldwell in June 2012. After a personal interview with R.G. "Kelly" Caldwell Jr., CEO and president, she was pleased to receive an offer. She really likes the family feel here coming from her past experience with the corporate companies she had worked for. Linda thoroughly enjoys being a part of Caldwell Cares culture and finds it inspiring to be a part of such an organization where members care about giving back. 
 
Linda has lived in Sarasota for most of her life. She is a 1998 graduate of Sarasota High School and is working towards a Bachelor's degree in business and science at the University of Phoenix, where she maintains a 3.89 GPA. It's a challenge that she enjoys.
 
She’s the mother of Alyssa, 10, a fourth-grade student at Brentwood Elementary School, and Sara, 4, who attends Bright Beginnings Preschool.
 
Despite being busy with career, college and children, Linda looks for time to enjoy the beach, swimming, cooking and remodeling— and spending as much time with her family as possible.
